Due to the pandemic, several countries have adopted more strict rules regarding shipping from abroad, and we are trying to adjust to these new restrictions. Besides that, some local mails are currently working fewer days per week and taking longer to deliver orders, all that to make sure they are following all the health recommendations.
For those reasons, there is a chance of your package to be delivered with a bit of a delay. Even though this situation is happening, most orders are still being delivered on time. We just wanted to make you aware of this possibility and that we are doing everything in our power to give you the support you need.
We’ve been following the situation closely since the beginning, and we have noticed that, when a delay occurs, it is usually around 7-10 business days. This time would be added to the estimated delivery time that we have informed in a previous e-mail.
