Although these situations rarely happen, it is important to remember that we do not accept returns of our products. The reason for this is quite simple: We work with products that are printed individually. Unlike many places that have stocks of products, this is not the way GoCase works.
Each order is produced individually according to the customer's request, and because of this, we do not accept returns in case of dissatisfaction.
However, don't worry: In case of factory defects and warranty situations, we will be responsible for providing a replacement for your product, because we value customer satisfaction and the durability and quality of our products.
