   The promotion "Buy 2, Get 4 | Buy 3, Get 6 + Free Shipping" is valid for all products on the site. If you buy 2 products, you get 2 gifts, and if you buy 3, you get 3. 

   It is worth remembering that these gifts are not necessarily products that you bought, These can be discount cards, general utilities, postcards, among others. The gifts are made available according to stock availability and automatically, so you cannot choose which one you receive.  

   
   
   

2. LIST OF COUNTRIES ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING

   The super successful promos "Buy 2, Get 4 + free shipping", "Buy 3, Get 3 + free shipping", are available for the countries below. Please, notice that if the country you live in is not listed here, it is because it is not possible to deliver your products for free. And you also have to spend at least € 35 to participate in this promo.

   Also, free shipping will not be available if you are trying to buy a Powerbank, keep in mind that it is very difficult for us at the moment to ship powerbanks overseas due to a change in the legislation regarding the shipping of portable batteries. 

   EUROPE:  Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

   AMERICA: Canada, United States. 

   The type of delivery in the Free Delivery promotion is the standard delivery without tracking, please note that if you want to track your order you need to pay an extra fee for the service.

3. DURATION (How long will the promotion last?)

   The promotion "Buy 2, Get 4 | Buy 3, Get 6 + Free Shipping" runs indefinitely from 12pm on 24/02/2022 and may be terminated at any time by Gocase without notice.

4. APPLICABILITY (How can I buy in the promotion?)

   To participate in the promotion "Buy 2, Get 4 | Buy 3, Get 6 + Free Shipping" the customer must add two (2) or three (3) products to the cart and two (2) or three (3) extra free products will be added automatically at no cost.

   
   Customers who add at least two (2) products, that have no other coupons applied and with a minimum value for each currency ( 50 EUR/  50 GBP/ 50 USD/ 50 CHF/ 90 AUD), are eligible to participate in the promotion.

   
   
   

5. CHANGE OF ORDER (Can I change my order?)

   We know sometimes people realize they chose the wrong product/name/design! But don’t worry, we’re here to help! However, we’re only able to change your order while it’s still in our warehouse. 

   If you need to change your order, please contact us here.

   Depending on the situation, this operation may have additional costs:

   1. a) Changes requested within 6 hours of placing the order will be carried out free of charge*;
   2. b) Changes requested after 6 hours will be subject to analysis and you may be charged for them.

   Please note that after our Customer Service team confirms the changes on your order, the production and delivery deadlines will take the same time as if you just placed the order.

   *That will only be applied if your order hasn't been shipped already.
   
   
   

6. CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE OR REFUND

   In case of cancellation of one or more products, the total value of the product will be discounted from the discounts applied to the product, according to the calculation below:

   Refunded amount = Product value - Product value x (Percentage of discount on purchase)

   Ex: $50.00 (Product value) - $50.00 (Product value) x 0.5 (Percent discount on purchase)= $25.00 (refunded value)

   In other situations, the general rules of the Gocase Policies apply.

   PLEASE NOTE: Shipping will not be included in the case of partial refund, only in the situation of total cancellation of the purchase.

 Leaving items in the shopping cart does not guarantee participation in the promotion.
