In case of an error made by the customer in the model request, customization, or registration data, it will be necessary to contact our customer support department within 6 hours after order approval.
Any request made after this period will be subject to new charges in case of change. Please note that we do not accept returns of products due to customer error under any circumstances. This happens because our products are printed individually and personalized, with great care for each of our customers!
