In this section, we will explain the whole process your order will undergo from the moment you place it to the moment you receive it at home, and what could be the possible causes for a failed or delayed delivery:
- We begin preparing the shipping of your order after the confirmation of the payment, which may occur within two business days, depending on the form of payment you chose. Our orders are only processed after payment approval, with all care and quality control.
- The preparation and organization process that all of our orders undergo before being shipped can take up to 2 (two) business days. After this, the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address (please, keep in mind that all of our packages are shipped from Amsterdam, Netherlands):
- Orders for The Netherlands: 2 - 4 business* days
- Orders for the rest of European countries: 6 - 12 business days
- Orders for outside of Europe: 10 - 20 business days
- USA, Canada and Australia: 8 - 16 business days
- Europe: 2 - 3 business days
- Others: 3 - 6 business days
*The delivery time is estimated in business days, i.e. leaving out Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
